Ignition hires former Georgetown College Standout and Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback Jeff Smith as Youth Performance Coach
Jeff has trained in the Ignition program over the last year and has a passion for training athletes of all ages. This past summer Jeff conducted his own speed camp for the members of the Newport Central Catholic football team. He received a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Georgetown College. We are pleased to have him as part of the Ignition Family.
John Conner has spent the last two summers training at Ignition and his hard work is sure paying off. He was put on scholarship prior to beginning fall camp and has also made his presence felt on the football field. With two carries against Kent State, he took both to the house for two touchdowns. John says the Ignition program has helped him get to where he is at today.
Former Bengal running back Quincy Wilson is not wasting any time in preparing for his next NFL team. He was cut by the Bengals recently, but is optimistic about returning to play in the NFL this year. While he is awaiting a call, Quincy is training with me three days a week at Ignition.
Jarrod Lorenzon has a chance to start in the absence of Eli Manning when the Giants play this week. Jarrod was another player who made the trip up to Ignition form Northern KY this off-season. See what Jarrod has to say about the Ignition program.
One of Ignition’s NFL players had a breakout game vs. the Baltimore Ravens Monday night in front of a national television audience. Landon added 12 pounds of lean muscle mass while working with the strength coaches for the Bengals and also working out at Ignition in February, March and July. Take a look at what Landon is saying about the program at Ignition.
